I got my PR last year and I have received my PR card. I am currently working in US on temporary visa. I am getting married next month and my love is also in US on tempporary visa.
My question:
1) Can I apply as a sponser for my to be wifes immigration application once i get married to her?
2) Do I have to go and live in Canada before i apply for her immigration OR can both of us move to canada once she gets her PR?

Thanks in advance.
Any help is really appreciated

As a PR you have to be residing in Canada to sponsor and be able to prove it to CIC.
