Hello!
1)In the Generic Application Form For Canada (IMM 0008), the applicant is asked to provide information of his and his family members' National Identity Documents. In the case of Chinese citizens, what documents can serve as a National Identity Document (I suppose passports cannot since there is already space on the form specifically for passport information)?

2)On page 1 of the Generic Form (IMM 0008), the applicant is asked to indicate the "Immigration Office Requested for Processing this Application." Should the applicant put down the specific city (e.g. "Beijing") where he wishes his application to be processed, or should he simply put down "China"?
Thanks in advance!
