I today check my E-status change DM into IP again with same old details, see below.
any one have Ideal what is going on with CIC e-status..........Bug , system error , something else .........

A O A, i need ur help brother becoz my 21 month is going to start now after sending full documents enen i send mail to chc lon but they r not responding at the moment.brother even i applied caips notes 12 days before becoz i m little worried now about my status.my e cas status is ip with RBVO details.i need ur help so plez help me.i will be realy thankfull to u nd GOD BLESS U BROTHER.THANX.WAHEED.  |

a few applicants asked the reason for this problem of DM before MR. CHC's replied that their files were under review and they'd be notified about the outcome in due time. hard to know what is waiting for them. one thing cn be said though, its not a rejection if it has changed from DM to IP.

my timeline is : Applied Dec-2009, First AOR Apr-2010 Dox Sent July-2010 2nd AOR Jan-2011 IP with RBOV 31-Mar-2011 Decision made status 7-10-2011 Now status IP with Decision made line. whats going on ? |

Correct Jnathan, I was explained same to many members here. but some like (INDIAN this is the user name) members spoil posts. this is not a new it was DM to some applicant in 2010 and 2011 too than that error resolved and applicant e-case back to in-process. some members are landed and some are waiting for PPR too. OMM a few applicants asked the reason for this problem of DM before MR. CHC's replied that their files were under review and they'd be notified about the outcome in due time. hard to know what is waiting for them. one thing cn be said though, its not a rejection if it has changed from DM to IP.

Hello jnathan and ommi,
Thnx for clearing doubt about obnoxious "DECISION MADE BEFORE MR" appearing in the ecases of many pre-june2010 applicants.
If we go by the procedure adopted by CIC/VO for handling the applications,as enunciated in its web-site,DECISION MADE always follows MR unless it is made out to imply something else.As ommi informed,there were quite a few cases in which DM is followed by IP.Can DM in such cases be interperated for having converting ecas from "RBVO TO IP" only ?
Please comment.

One thing is to worry about
There are other statuses in Ecas like Medical Results Received, RbVo.
Why the heck only 'DM' coming after IP. could be that applicants seeing DM before MR in such cases could see their cases delayed for quite sometime from now. just a plain guess.
