Before Medical request CHC London.

Hi friends.
Is there any applicant who receive these request from CHC London before medical request to submit "IELTS, Proof of the money you indicate being available for you to settle in Canada, an essay how you will become economically established in Canada, Proof that your relatives have been residing in Canada".
CHC London response me after 6 and half months of my application submission date and they request me to send them these documents.

my sister applyed 28 oct in winnipag and she recived my file number on phone number and the embassi said that we send papers to me in pakistan but still i cannot recived any papers and who to track file number
