Because of Typhoon

Today is d last day of submission of our documents but unfortunately there is typhoon and no work today. can we still submit it on monday eventhough it exceed on the given time?

Well, logically speaking (sorry to disappoint you), typhoon on 120th day, would still leave 119 days left.
Any way, there is no harm in trying it out.  you can drop a note in your packet, probably the first page of the list mentioning the natural disaster, that prevented you from being able to courier.

On a 2nd thought, if one is given 120 days, even 120th day is part of the eligibility; and such natural disasters can be a valid reason for the IO to consider your case.
