Hi guys
I am starting this thread to share the bad experiences of people like me with fraud consultants who are charging hundred of thousand of rupees and doing nothing.
Being the victim of one of the most prestigious and well known consultancy company in Pakistan. Yes i am talking about the fraud of Future Concern Associates Lahore.
There were few meetings took place between me and Asim Malik (CEO of Future Concern Associates) and he advised me to take route to Canadian immigration with Job Offer (AEO).
He said that he will arrange AEO and the charges for it and applying case would be Rs. 600,000/-.
In his meetings he said that you don't have to take IELTS.
Eventually when i made my mind and sign an agreement(so called with nothing in my favor) and paid Rs. 200,000/- he said you will get a postal email with in a week with the documents that you have to fill and send back. After ten days i called them and they said please come to the office and collect the documents.
Oke, fine. I went and waited for 2 hours to collect the application forms that i could print right from my desk.
Oke, i said what to do with this... the girl (my CRM) ..please fill out these forms and come with all photocopies of your documents and pictures and experience letter.
I did all the stuff and then submitted the documents in office (Lahore cantt)..
I asked now what to do, she said wait we will call you after printing these documents and mean while your AEO is in process...
Oke i waited again for 15 days and asked whether forms are printed yet...she said you have to take IELTS because now Sydney is not generating reference no without IELTS...
I said oke what band would be enough, she said 6 would be more than enough .
I took IELTS and 3 months gone....
With IELTS (6) after 3 months i called and my call was routed to a new guy and he said that lady has left the office and your new CRM is me.
Oke fine, i fixed a meeting with him and asked about the status .. he said oke fine your case will be forwarded to sydey in few days...
Your have to come and sign the printed application forms..
i went again and there were core mistakes in my application.
AEO option was not ticked
Having AEO there was no need to show funds, but proof of funds options was ticked with 10,000 $.
I dont fall under 38 list. My NOC was not 0213 but it was written 0123.
There were some other typo mistakes.
I raised the objections...
He said oke fine let me consult it with Asim Malik and i'll call you..
Then again wait .....
No call
I called he said i talked about your concerns and he said AEO will be attached in embassy...there is not harm to put money in your account...
I said oke fix a meeting with asim malik... he said okee ....
wait wait and wait
eventually i got a date...
Asim Mali saidk....your case will be forwarded to sydney in a week....AEO letter will be attached in embassy..( i could not agruee) and please meet me after 2 months for next installment.
I was quite happy ....
Weekk passed away,, called to my CRM many time , same reply
i was bz
i am checking it
i am waiting for your case from other department...and so on
still i have no clue why my case is not filed....what they are trying to do....
I have waisted my 2 lak Rs. and please beware of these kind of people....

Thts sad to hear and an eye opener too. I myself used to think of them as a reputed consultant with their big newspaper ads and chain of success stories. Thank u for sharing this. but keep this in mind as a rule of thumb tht whoever is offering u a job for a sum of money is a fraud. I also had a narrow escape once when an agent offered me an job+H1B for US$2800.
I hope you get your money back or at least have ur case processed but don't count for that job offer cuz tht doesn't seem genuine. and refuse to pay any more money unless u see any positive response from canadian embassy. I have very little info abt AEO cases so hopefully someone else will tell you wht u need to expect as AEO candidate.

Dear Tracer, I read your message on your Pakistan forum and I am contacting you on your given email address as well. First of all, I would suggest that you should post your message on the Pakistan Application forum thread so that everyone from Pakistan, especially Lahore is cautioned: http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/pakistan-application-forum-t19839.4410.htmlSecondly, I would suggest that you contact the consultant and ask him to refund the money immediately or you will report him to Canadian High Commission, Islamabad. He will lose his business if he is reported about! Do not use him any more!!! Third, the forum is very helpful and can guide you more efficiently than any consultant. Do not use any consultant, you file your case by yourself.I have evaluated Lahore consultants (Lilani included), they are all frauds. If at all you need any professional consultation, it should be complete and free of cost before you submit the case, and you should pay only after your case has been provisionally accepted by Nova Scotia, Sydney, Canada for further evaluation. If you still feel uneasy, I could recommend someone reliable. My suggestion is that kindly do not use any unfair means to apply for immigration. No Consultant can arrange for AEO, and if someone claims so, he is a liar, cheater and a fraud. Wish you good luck, MAnj |

usually i dont jump in the discussion related to the reputation of consultants to share my positive or negative views. but here i must agree with Manj. Rs 600000 for a PR application with AEO is a big time rip off. secondly, approaching AEO such a way is absolutely wrong. firstly because consultant is not supposed to arrange AEO for you. this looks like buying AEO instead of arranging it through proper means. and secondly because this is illegal to ask for fee for a job in case of canada. so this is obvious that your consultant is a fraud. i would again agree with Manj and advise you to report him so that he could be blacklisted.
just another thing that happened to a friend of my friend who also spoke to Future Concern regarding australian immigration. as told by him, Future Concern offered him that if he doesnt have the required experience for australian immigration, they can still provide him fake experience letters but he will have to pay them huge fee. they also said the experience will be verifiable as they have their own people there to attend calls if immigration officer calls the employer for verification. i dont know this story is true or not. but this was told by a friend of my friend. if this is true, this proves your Future Concer Consultants is a big time fraud.
if you want to hire consultant, hire one with a good reputation. otherwise, you can do it on your own with the help of helpful people on this thread. canadian immigration application is a very straight forward process.

It shouldn't matter of fraud consultant or real one. I think if a person willing to move to Canada, he/she knows read/write English, have enough time to fill out forms and Plus , online forums like this one.... are your real consultant where people like PMM, LEON, Rupeshhari, BobbyB and many more providing immigration advises, answering question even personal quires without any cost... so why still CONSULTANTS????

Please ask for the refund of 200000 from your consultant and fill the file with the help of this forum. If you get the Canada Visa, You will not feel you are in lost. Please Write your Status of Your application 1. Your Education 2. Work Experience 3. IELTS Score 4. Age 5. Other Supporting Details So that We can suggest you the better way. Good Luck |

What are your Individual IELTS Score For
04 Point=Reading>=6.5
04 Point =Speaking>=6.5
04 Point =Writing>=6.5
04 Point =Listening>=7.5
Do you Fall in 38 Job Category? You are eligible to apply
Do you Have relative in Canada? You can get more 5 Point
Do you have study/Work Experience of Canada? You can get more 5 Point
Your wife has master degree and 17 years Education? You can get more 5 Point
Do you have permanent Job offer from Canada? You can get more 15 Point
Please Count your total point to check all of these possibility, your point should be 67 out of 100 then you can get PR and your job must be in 38 Demand Category. Otherwise better you try for Work Permit.
