Dear All,

I would be grateful if you can advice me in regards to Proof of Fund & Higher Secondary Exam Mark sheet of my spouse.

When I submitted my full application I had enough money in my Bank account, now I have withdrawn few from the total amount. Can they check with the Bank without informing the applicant the amount we have shown in our bank statement?

I received a mail yesterday from the VO with advice of what documents I need to submit to include my spouse in my application. With all other docs they mentioned I have to send the Notarized copy of secondary school and university transcripts for spouse. My spouse has only completed her higher secondary. Should I send only photocopy of the mark sheets (notarized) like all other documents or it should be send especially in envelops like what I did for the Transcript issued from the University?

Regards,

dear sumon

i appreciate your continual efforts.your bank statement could be ok it it is with 70% deposit of evidence with proof of funds.as your spouse passed higher secondary , that's why you need to send the mark sheet and the certificate only. these documents must be notarized and in English. it is not directly from the education board  in a sealed envelop as you did to collect from the university.  simply notarized copy of the two documents.
hope this helps.

Dear Katoky, Shubash & Imu,

Thank you for your quick reply. It would be very helpful for me.

When I first applied I had shown CA$15,500 only for myself. But currently I have CA$11,550. According to VO requirements, for the 2 applicants, CA$13,837 should be the exact amount.

You can see, I had more than 70% money in my account. If the VO will ask for another POF letter, I would be able to deposit the required amount straight away to satisfy the VO. Is that okay? Or the money should be there for longer time (time since when my first POF was issued?)

Luckily the VO didn't ask for another POF so far, but they may ask for one at anytime.

Your suggestions will be highly appreciated.

Thanks,

Hasan

They will ask for POF at the time of PPR I mean when they will ask for your passport I think that time they will ask for POF again.

When I first applied I had shown CA$15,500 only for myself. But currently I have CA$11,550. According to VO requirements, for the 2 applicants, CA$13,837 should be the exact amount.ofcourse yes..not less than that

Or the money should be there for longer time (time since when my first POF was issued?)VO wants to see that the amount is not borrowed..its better to keep for longer...POF can be asked for anytime..possibly,with MR..one of our bd bro was asked for that after MR...he didn't get PPR yet..may b VO wants to b satisfied..

Luckily the VO didn't ask for another POF so far, but they may ask for one at anytime.

Your suggestions will be highly appreciated.

Thanks,

Hasan
