Hi,
my background is that, im from UK, here with my common law girlfriend of 5 years.
We are both on 1 year BUNAC visas(Exp. Oct), I work in IT as a support technician in BC, category B on the NOC list. I have a diploma and over 4 years experience in similar rolls, where the same duties where involved
My girlfriend works as a restaurant server. In BC.

My employer is willing to do whatever is required to support my case. Whether that is LMO or BC PNP.
The question is whether I would be likely to be more successful with BC PNP or PR with Arranged employment.

Thanks in advance.

BC PNP is a faster process and Federal Skilled program (immigration) is a lengthy process. However, in both cases your situation is strong. You have the job offer. Now you have to consider whether you want to spend less time or wait long time. If your plan is to settle in BC, you may apply for BC PNP (just my opinion)!

Good luck.
Thanks.
