HI

I found one employer who is willing to give me job offer, as Software Developer. ( I guess i do not need LMO for this, as it is exempt)

I am a software engineer with 3 years of work exp,
My questions are

1. Apart from job offer,need i to get any more thing from my employer.

2. Am i to give IELTS or it is not required

3. What finance amount i have to prove?

4. what other documents need to be submitted to visa office

Please help....
