Dear BCguy, Leon & other members,

I have a friend who worked in a company for six years and was finally terminated for some reason.
As a result the manager didn't give him the Experience letter but my friend managed to get the experience letter from the Personnel department.

Now my friend wants to move to Canada, the problem is there is no company seal on the letter but its on the company letter head will it be a problem when applying for a work permit/visa to prove his experience??? Will the Immigration officer call the company to verify this??

Thanks,

It may work, it may not.  They may call the company, they may not.  I know when I applied for FSW, they did not call my employers to verify but I am sure in some cases they do.
