IF I have a work permit and I wish to work in Vancouver and apply for PR through BC PNP, what is the time frame that I will get PR?

What is quicker apply through BC PNP or fast track/expedite via London, UK post where I am a citizen?

Our Experience is about 6-9 months depending on the location of the Canadian Embassy.
