Definitely get the Learning book if you haven't already (it's free from ICBC). In terms of questions, prepare for "Can you turn right here", "What does this sign mean" and "Spot the hazards". If you have access, go for a drive with someone who knows the rules of the road and make sure you fully understand the rules of the road. If you do, you should be able to pass the exam without much problem.

The questions on the site are real questions.

All the questions asked could show up in the test.....or not. Just study the test book and you will be fine.

ICBC has now has an iPhone/iPod touch app with the practice knowledge test so you can test yourself on the go.  Simply go to the Apple App store and search for ICBC or you can find out more about it by going their app webpage at icbc.com/apps
