With regards to a timescale...if you are being offered a postion that may not be held for more than a month for you...would that have an effect on the visa appliction?
Would there be an alternative if the skilled worker visa takes longer than the company are willing to wait?

IMO if the company is only waiting a month, they are offering the job to someone inside the company.
