Hi,

1. With a wife + 1 kid, you need (as a minimum) first year tuition + CAD 10,000 living expenses + CAD 4,000 per year for 1st dependent + CAD 3,000 per year for 2nd dependent kid.
2. As per CIC, you need a minimum past 4 months bank statement, still it's better to refer CHC website of your homeland for specific requirements.
