AOA

have shown a bank statement of cdn $11000 for the documents delivered to visa office in london but now i had an urgent need of money so i have withdrawn all the ammount, and my bank statement is now $1000

MY question is simple is it necessary once given the bank statement to visa office to keep money in my account after that?

MY QUERY IS THE SAME. SOME PEOPLE SUGGEST THAT THE MONEY HAVE TO BE PRESENT FOR THE WHOLE LENGTH OF PROCESSING TIME, OTHER DO NT.
ALSO I HAVE READ SOMEWHERE THAT THE AMOUNT MAY BE OF ANY PROPERTY ONE HAVE. SO IS IT OBLIGATORY TO PRESENT IT IN CASH, OR THE DOCUMENTS OF THE PROPERTY WILL JUST WORK.

Folks,

I don't find it reasonable for CIC to ask people to freeze their funds for couple of years for nothing. I believe you can do whatever you want with your funds as long as you can show sufficient funds once CIC requests so.

Property evaluations can be used as POF as long as you do the proper evaluation. Some members argue that some VO's accept while others don't. I suggest you do the evaluations, get it notarized and make it ready. I know in sow countries that the local authority such as department of lands and properties do provide official evaluations for their own tax purposes.

Hope this helps,

Cheers
