I went to my bank in Canada (TD) to get a statement for my Federal Skilled PR application, they gave me a page of bank letter that it titled "Personal Assessment". The statement only states the balances in all my TD bank accounts, the Total TD assets that I have, the total TD liabilities and my net worth in CDN. Would this be enough  as proof of settlement funds or I should ask the bank to print a statement that shows my daily transactions for the past 4months since when I had the account

As your account is in a Canadian bank, a personal assessment from TD bank will do the job. You can also make a print of the account history at your own computer and attach with it.
