Hi
I am from Kuwait, my doubt is can I take the bank draft from any bank and send to CIC for the process?, is any particular bank is specified by CIC or can we take any bank draft? Please clarify

You can go to any bank who will issue a demand draft in Canadian dollar.

No restriction on Bank. DD with Canadian dollar should be available from any Bank. That's all.

      You can go to gulf bank branch which is cheaper then others.

Or maybe better to prefer the one you are already a customer. They will probably withdraw the money from your account and if you are a customer then it's easier to "demant" later an update on when your BD was encashed.
