Come on Shahid -- may be the bank people did not undretsand u --- There is nothing to do wehther they deal in Federal skilled worker or not!!

I also get the Demand Draft from SCB few weeks back!!! Procedure is simple. (it took only 30 mins)

You just need the demand draft!! why are u confusing them by talking other things to them.....Tell them that you just want a Demand Draft in Canadian Dollars amounting to CAD _________ /- in favor or "The Receiver General for Canada"

(But please note that i have a USD Account. They took amount from my USD accounted and converted into CAD to make demand draft)

If u have Rs. Account may be they pick amount from Rupees Account and convert it to CAD to make a Demand Draft

You need to have a foreign currency account, they won't make a bank draft in foreign currency if you only have a PKR account. And as 1122khan11 said, the process is just 1,2,3. Don't get confused.
