Dear friends, i m in here after a long time. i m very much shocked about Deba bhai. I also congratulate NKSUMON, MKSC & all of them who already got MR. Friends, i m in problem here. recently i ve changed my residence & this address was also my mailing address. How can i easily inform them about this change? Is there any email address? If i miss my postal mail how can i know that it has been sent or not? ecas will be changed or not? pls friends, i m waiting for ur quick answer.

Its not a problem, just send a case specific enquiry to SGVO telling about the change in your family composition and you will be provided with 30 days time to submit your addition documents. Make your childs passport immediately, you need to take the birth certificate along with commisioners certificate for that. Request the passport office to issue your chilld passport asap. Sometimes they will hear your request. After passport is done, prepare the below document and send to SGVO

a) a processing fee in the form of a bank draft for C$150, payable to "Receiver General for Canada"
b) three passport-size photos of the baby on white background, with name & date of birth written at the back of one photo
c) a copy of the baby's birth certificate
d) copies of the applicable passport pages to prove that the baby has been issued a passport in his/her own name
2. Updated Application Form with new born details: - Page 2 of Generic IMM0008 and Additional Family Information IMM5406. You can download the forms from www.cic.gc.ca

I am thinking about other options also. If the processing of my newborn is delayed, I shall complete medical of three of us and send it to them. When the little ones paper arrives (should not take more then few months), I shall proceed with her medical and then move altogether.
What do you think about the plan?
A small drawback is if they take more than 12 months, then I am in deep trouble.

I think your idea is correct & time saving as well. You & other members can do medical & send other paper alone with your newborn doc, draft.
