Guys! manila svo is issuing MR to pre juners! indians are slow , SVO not issuing any MR to any pre juners except some 2009 applicants. May be ! SVO dosnt have the visa quota! they are waiting till June for new visa quota! i think the pre juners cases all will be review by june and once the new quota is arriving in june 2012, then the Svo will start issuing MR to all the pre juners in june , july ...2012. what do u think guys !  |

Its really tough to predict. Really its tough, too tough. Only God and Visa office know. However, we are hopeful. 2012 will be a remarkable year for removing backlog. But we pre juners are not in a list of Backlog as per the cic sites.  , it is indicated that all the files has been handed over to a respective individual case officer and they have reviewed it. No doubt!!!! and as per that reviewed the case officer ask for the update. Standard reply response time is approx 45 days! So case officer will schedule the date to check the same file after approx 45 days ! Some older files, asking for update pretty earlier got in process ! Rest of the file will be in process soon within 45 days approx! I think MR will start shower within few months for pre juners !  God bless to all pre juners ! |

NO. Plenty of rejections to come as well like as i am watching in pakistani and indian threads.
there will be MR's too but not @ numbers as you all are thinking.
Asking for updated forms can never be a sign of MR, rather they'd finally review and review always means tat decision could go either way.
