Still waiting to hear from VO after sending my updates in Jan 2012. Did you not receive any letter of update?
I also have sent all the update Forms and necessary updates on Jan, but still now no update in my e-cas. Really scared what will it appears with? Some people get Decision Made right after a week of Changing Status with Specific Processing Date. BR Raj_Hoque |

Thank you and bundoo for your advice. Actually they did not ask for anything, just said that they giving me a chance to update my documents within 60 days. The ECUS status changed well before 60 days. As there is nothing to update, I think I better stay quite. I hope that would be better.
Forms should be included in this package: (a) Generic Application Form for Canada [IMM 0008) (b) Schedule A: Background/ Declaration [IMM 5669] Completed by Principal Applicant and Spouse. (c) Additional Family Information [IMM 5406] E-Completed by the Principal Applicant & the Spouse. (d) Schedule 3 Economic Classes - Federal Skilled Workers (IMM 0008) Additional documents should be included in this package: 1. Photographs of each persons included in your package 2. Proof of settlement funds: Bank statements 3. Any other docs you need to send for any updates |

Minister for Citizenship and Immigration, the Hon. Jason Kenney, P.C., M.P. The Minister stated that he intends to:
1. impose a minimum English score for FSW immigrants,
2. require "fluency" for some professions,
3. reduce the age (to 35) for maximum points for age
4. require applicants in licensed occupations have their
professional credential approved before they apply and
5. create yet another "fast track".
The fifth point means that those who applied earlier will be pushed even further back down the queue.
the minister said , they are going to clean the backlog see what is their planning , we demand they should give us a straight time line , we need to plan our lives as well.
