Bangladeshi applicant sent full docs in june but no 2nd AOR yet

 hello all,
 i am a Bangladeshi national  sent full docs in June 2010  but still no second AOR i received . but the e-cas shows received by visa office . the following statements shows :
"We received your application for permanent residence on December 14, 2009.
 
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on February 9, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

We received your application for permanent residence on December 14, 2009.
 
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on February 9, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
 
Your application and supporting documents were received by the Singapore office. They are pending review.
 
We transferred your application to the Singapore office on February 18, 2010. The Singapore office may contact you."
 

 
 i don't know whats wrong with the 2nd AOR.  the address shows in the box is correct  .i am really woried if the AOR gets lost . please share all of ypur experience  and suggestions here.
