In every october Vis officer Changed thats VISA office Rule. thats why Our processing slow from last october comparing with October 2008

I have found that those who applied through immigration Consultants they are facing a long way to get Medical...............

could be a reason BD, but this is not being done by the consultants, may be by the CIC.
Consultants would get their full fees had they could provide their clients with further processings until visa.

Due to privacy issues, I cant disclose his details.
I'll let this thread know if he gets his medical.
He is tensed like you all. I gave forecast to him that he'd get his medical in August/September 2010. Seems like my forecast is going to be true.

When did all of them got their 2nd AOR?
There is no ground to believe that applying through consultants making the cases delayed, Consultants have nothing to do with the applications. Early they get the papers, The early they'll get their fees. CIC too has nothing to worry about consultants. Hiring a consultant doesnt give/slash your points.

There must be some problems with the cases.
1. More family members, more papers to be checked and verified.
2. The applicants themselves were suspicious. mis matches.
They must launch case specific Inquiries immediately. January and February 2010 full docs senders have already received their medicals.

@ BDSkilled I don think thats right.....coz around me...i ve 15 to 18 cases wherein there are no differences whether the applicants applied through consultants or by themselves. As per jnathan, there is nothing to do with the consultants. Coz in BD they are only involved with filling the forms of CHC, arrange papers for their clients and forward the applications to the CHC...they actually doing nothing more than that....so there is no logic to be delayed if one applied through consultant...
