dont fill that up using the PC
print it and then use a Electronic/Manual typewriter to do that job.

I didnt have any problem filling the whole form using PDF writer. Donno why youre having the problem. you better had asked this in a pdf forum.

Hi Brothers, pls could you advise on below.... I am so worried.....

I have already completed medical and report has been mailed to Singapore on 10th June and subsequently on 15th June,10 my lawyer had sent RPRF along with other documents asked by CIC. (IMM 0008 Generic and Schedule 4 form under PNP).

Kindly note apart from FSW application, I also got PNP nomination but did not apply to Singapore for visa under PNP and was waiting to get the medical under FSW since my application is almost processed under this category.

But problem started while CIC Singapore received my nomination letter from Saskatchewan province and sent the medical under PNP/SINP category. Then I wrote to CIC through case specific enquiry describing my intention to process the file under FSW but their reply/comment not received at that time.

By this time my lawyer forwarded IMM 0008 Generic and Schedule 4 asked by the CIC (under SINP) with out any explanation against my message sent to case specific enquiry, since misunderstanding developed with me.

Kindly note till date I have been waiting for next contact by CIC Singapore and I have seen that 4/5 BD applicants who completed medical after my date already got Pass Port request from CIC.

Now I am really worried about processing of my file and have sent another email to CIC on 03/08/2010 but no reply. Though I am confident about my medical result but so, anxious in this situation, why they are getting delay? And why they are not answering me..?

Do you think, in case of lawyer appointed CIC will not reply to the applicant..?

Your advice is much appreciated.

wait till Sept 17, 2010 for your PPR.
In the meantime keep checking your Ecas everyday for the status "Decision made"

there is no way they'd reject your case now after a good medical result.
Dont be too nervous.

I am not misleading you, Sometimes if they are oversure about someone, they Give decision made prior to PPR. I have seen this in past. This could be a Database problem of Ecas which rarely happens. You case is now rock solid.

there has been not a single case where people would start worrying about PPR after sending their medical only after 5 days of doing it.

We finished our Med on July 27 and my son's on August 18 .I guess getting PPR  will take time  ,may be at best three months as medical papers state.Obviously hoping it sooner.So far no PPR.

How come "Decision Made" in e-CAS will display prior to PPR !!! Are you wishing people's rejection in this forum?I have been in this forum for many days but never ever experienced like this.Pls don't mislead people.

which part of my previous post did you two not understand? I clearly said there has been a few cases, this could be due to Database problems
. I havent seen Singapore cases ever saw Decision made before PPR. So we can relax.
I doubt you two even know the real meaning of "misleading"

DMP sent the report directly, She told that she sent it through DHL, but didnt give me any courier reciept.

DHL, FedEx, UPS are the reliable couriers, However I have never seen packages got lost in GPO's EMS service but they have no tracking system.

You can call DMP ( though it often confuses me with Dhk Met Police lol) to check if your medical report has been delivered and ask them for the tracking number. You can then track its delivery on the web using DHL's site. I am sure you have checked this way before since CIO's.
