You may go to Standard Chartered Bank and ask them about the bank draft of $550. They might charge you a service fee. If this fails, also check with the Eastern Bank Limited and Brac Bank.
Thank you.

Hi everyone

Standard Chartered do the foreign Bank draft. Thanks habib890.

Responsible visa office for PR from Bangladesh is CHC in Singapore. Do I need to go to Singapore for Interview? Or CHC decide based on the papers (i.e. ILTS Score, Educational certificates) those to be submitted upon request.

Is there anyone who applied from Bangladesh using SAP and face the interview? Please share your valuable comments.

Thanks

Dear AK,
You are welcome. I am glad that the bank draft worked out fine at the Standard chartered bank. About interview in Singapore, I guess it depends on the immigration officer who is handling your file. Try to follow the application guidelines strictly. In some cases if they are satisfied and your application is to the point they might not ask for interview.

I wish you all the best in your application.

Dear  habib890,
Thanks for your kind response. I will update you time to time.

Dear KASHIF1969,
If you are very initial stage, like you are gathering the information regarding possibility, procedures to become a PR, the best is go to www.cic.gc.ca. This is Canadian govt's official immigration site containing all info regarding immigration. Please go through several time because there are thousand of info on the site.

If you go through already and your assessment is ok (Point over 67), please ask specific question so that we answer specifically.

Thanks and wishing best of luck for your and everyone's mission. Please pray for me also.

Best Regards
