baker/pastry cook am i eligible for pr ?

hi,

i am originally from pakistan. i got 6 years expereince working as a baker there.

i have done certificate 3 in patissiere from a private institute in perth australia and also 1 year diploma in business. i am highly proficient in english and can gather 67 points for immigration to canada as a federal skilled worker.

i just want to know if my occupation is in demand. my occupation can be classified as baker/pastry cook.

you must have to send before end of this month and before 1st july 2011 , and CIO must have to recvd the package before end of the day of this month (day means working businessday not including saturday or sunday or any canadian holidays).
if your luck is good then may be your NOC will still remain there, best luck.
