Bad Week - Removal order was the easy part!!

Answered a knock on my door this day last week....

2 CBSA agents, hands on guns, in bullet proof vests.  They said that i was an overstay case - they didnt care that i had the restoration sent off within the 90 days.
The got a tip off from my ex wife. (didn't say it was her, just a tip off)
Cuffed me and brought me to Hamilton into a cell.

An hour later, they served me with a removal order there and then.

From there i was brought to Barton Street Detention Centre for a night and then up to Toronto West Detention Centre.  - it is a maximum security jail - full of gang members, war criminals etc.

Apparently, some offices are now issuing removal orders instantly without a wait.
I had my hearing on Friday morning and was granted bail due to the family law issue.
I think i will appeal the decision, are there any stories about appealing them?
How successful are appeals?  Should i just pack up, and get the 1yr ban from Canada out of the way?

Wow - that sucks. This on top of everything else you're dealing with.

I'm not qualified to offer any advice - but wanted to wish you good luck. I really hope you find a way out of this mess.
