Hi All,
I shared my interview exp. with you all few days bak...and you all wished me good luck.
But I checked my status today and says:
Interview scheduled for January 25, 2011.
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on January 27, 2011. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.
I know DM without Medical means No.
I am done.. and very very sad.
Thanks for your support and bye forever.

Hi Prabjot,
It is very sad .....but wait for the decision letter.....Its also true that some times there is mistake in status as well....

really its sad news but don't worry...give one more chance.
when u r eligible and also having 67 points why cant you put a case in CHC court, talk with ur consultant or ask seniors how to approach CHC on this.
how can they reject when u satisfied Canadian lady interviewer?
think on this again....don't lose ur hopes,if not Canada there are many countries to have bright future

Hi! sorry to hear that you are presuming a negative outcome but wait for the letter to come. prabjot, would you mind telling me that the job duties you mentioned in your experience were really and genuinely performed by you, I mean why in the first place immigration officer doubted that??? and if you have genuinely performed the duties you can launch an appeal against the decison and write clearly in your letter of his bias attitude and details how he dealt with you during interview?? please keep posting here to let us know the updates. good luck to you.. |

Hi Prabjot,
I am really sorry to hear tht. But i wld say its too early to jump into conclusions. Wait for the letter. Now if there is something negative in the letter pls do put up for appeal. But first i think u need to analyze the situation really well as to y were u called for the interview before u put up for appeal. Was there something not clear in the papers that u had submited. mayb analyzing your papers once more will help u prepare for the appeal. But i feel there will b no need for tht as u will hear good news...
