Dear BC Guy & Leo,

I need your sincere advice regarding " Bad credit". Credit Cards Payment" CAN $5000/-.   I also want to return this amount.    I do not know, have they added my name in the criminal records and bad credit list.  If yes, then how can i get the clearance certificate from Credit and Police ( Criminal Record)?

I had lived in Vancouver during the years between 1999 to 2003 on the student visa. But I could not complete my program of education and returned home with out over staying in Canada to join my parents in Pakistan. (due to bad health of my mother)

Currently, I am working in a bank as a financial consultant, officer in Pakistan. I am married and have two kids.

Kindly advice soon, how to proceed for my immigration application, send me your Contact t& Tel for personal call to discuss my situation).

Thanks & Regards,

It's not a criminal offense to owe money on credit cards.  You will have bad credit if you don't pay it.  You will have problems getting loans and credit cards but other than that, not a problem.  It is not something that immigration checks or cares about.
