If anyone has a bad credit and works full time and has never been on walfare ,will that affect the decision which made by immigration office regarding (sponsorship appl)??will they refuse the appl?
anyone knows plz help , cuz a friend of mine wanna know

For family class spousal the financial requirement is waived, but if there is no way that the couple can support themselves, they can be refused.
But IMO, if this is just bad credit, it should not be an issue if the debt is being managed properly.

If you've declared bankruptcy, there may be other issues, as well... But as long as your credit isn't THAT bad, you should be fine.
