Gentlemen
Am an applicant of Feb 2005, my case was transfered to London sep' 2010 haven't heard ant thing from them yet have an offline update that my case has been opened which was previously flagged with no working.
Can any one update how long will it take to hear an update now!
Humayun & Dr. Jaffery is doing great on this site will appreciate if other members can participate actively.

HI msaleemb Congrats. I want to ask you when you applied in 2004 did u submit IELTS ? If yes when they asked for the updated info did you submit IELTS again or just a photocopy of the previous one. Your help will be highly appreciated. Thanks |

Dear Tayyab,

My case was transferred to London in April 2011 and they asked me in June 2011 to again submit the update forms. In September they asked for Medicals and Right of Permanent Residence Fee.

Thanks for the info it really relieves me.
I applied in Sep 2004 and submitted updated docs in 2011 but i did not retake IELTS and just attached a copy of previous result which i have already submitted to CHC in 2004.

Congratulate, you are amongst the luckiest backlog applicants who has been asked for medical, other wise i receive an email just now from CHC london mentioning that the cases of the backlog applicaants will not be process till the end of 2012 excluding the exceptional cases who has been already asked for medical.
