Hi,

Is it true that the cases on which decision have not been made within a year falls into backlog cases (second generation cases) and takes more time than those cases which are quite new .

For example cases of june 08 may take longer and will not get priority as compared to cases of dec 08 as more than a year has elapsed.

Thanks in advance!

Don't know and don't think so.

Where did you get this information from?
