I want to know that does backlog affects on canada visa under spp ?

n if affect than how many backlog they allow ?

If cleared, no issues as to how many you had.

If not cleared, then it can be....they want some kinda proof that your done with your Bachelors degree if your University gave you conditional offer.
If you have unconditional offer and still there is a pending backlog, you might still be granted visa.
