Background/Declaration-IMM0008 Question 9- Need help

Hi,
i will really appreciate if someone could help me out on the following question:
"Previously applied for PR in canada, and refused PR in canada". My wife applied for PR in 2008 as the main applicant. However, her application was returned as her job was not on the NOC list. I was the accompanying spouse in the application. Now, we are quebec selected applicant and we r submitting our application for federal soon. I just wanted to know if I should say yes to these questions as I was just the accompanying spouse.

hi shahzad, you better declare everything right as they have access to all your previous applications. If you dont declare it now and they realise it later than you'll be refused.
