It's been 3 mnts after pp sent to ndvo and no reply . No reply to my mail too from ndvo. Wat can b the reason for delay captain. Is it because SC OR BC.how many more days do I hv to w8. Plz reply me sir qorax. Tnx in advance.

Stamping could take between 3-5 months after meds+pps submission. As u complete 4-months u may contact ur IO for a case update. U aren't delayed yet. And yes, ur file is likely to be under security checks now. Qorax |

It's always wise to inform about our past med-situations to the DMP [it's actually advised by the DMP handbook too]. In most cases it'd not affect anything.

Jaundice is not a disease but condition caused by several reasons http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jaundice Passports requested after medical checkup (not in the same time) are definite indication that all background and security checks are done. And the delay is only because of the internal process of VO (for example they could overwhelmed with student visas). |

Hi Sir qorax,
I need your URGENT advise. Singapore VO replied to my query today regarding the status of our file and they said that they have sent a registered mail to us on February 2012 requesting to send our passports but we didn't received.
My question is, is there any given amount of time from the issuance of the letter to submit the passport? What's gonna happen to our application now since we didn't receive the letter that was issued 4 months ago? Will they cancel our application? Can we request for another letter?
Please advise sir, we are so worried now.

hi Everyone, i just recieved my GCMS notes today and it follows.
they awarded me 74 points for eligibility criteria.
Seldec - 1
PSDEC - 1
CDEC - 1
on the first page metioned MI1 - RFV Documents pending
Notes:
Date - xx/xx/12 that is when my file went into processing
on the last page mentioned ECU - pl request following PPTs*2 current, expired PPts , MEDS * 2, RPRF * 2,
PA has obtained sufficient points to satisfy me that he/she will be able to become economically established in canada. I am satisfied the points awarded to the PA adequately reflects the applicants ability to settle in canada. / CRIM Passed indian pcc certrec'd for PA and Spouse. USA pcc recieved for PA no adverse canada Pcc recieved for PA - no adverse Foreign Travel = canada and usa, copies of PPt pages reviewed = no concerns personal history reviewed = no concerns.
Date - xx/xx/12
Preperation review complete Foss check done processing fee paid for all IELTS on file. Verified online. Photo on TRF idntical work experience: Documents appear genuine ducation: Documents appear Genuine civil Documents on file - appear genuine photos on file - Compliant pending - Medicals -RPRF - /Crim - Original PPts.
on the Medicals due date is for early 2013.
Seniors please help this wait is killing me please advice so as to i can get a better understanding of whats going on with my file.

Dear qurax, i am mi-1 applicant , currently the file is in process. i got a job offer in Dubai, what should i do ? it is a 2 years minimum contract and the company will keep my passport with them. i don't want to expose to new company about my immigration matter. once they know about the immigration matter , it will screw my image , they will start thinking , i will be leaving soon , so i wont be able to get any experience letter from them , what should do now !!!! should i take the contract!!!! or deny it !!! please advise !!!!  |

1. I'm applying for SW category as Plumber and got a overall score of 7.5 in IELTs. Will that be a problem for having high score for this job while scrutinizing my application.
2. I visited Manila for 13days on a particular company work, as it was short duration with that company and its no longer their ....i'm not mentioning the company in my experience. Will they check the company through which I visited Manila.
3. I'm planning to send my file next week to CIC, and I will get one certification during 1 st week of July. Can i send that immediately or need to wait till a file number is assigned to me.
Appreciate your time to clarify.
