Hi,

1. Usually they do not send any other originals except the Degrees, Marriage Certs. and Birth Certs. Ur IO has been kind.

2. If they've sent u the originals - it suggests that "work" on those stand completed... Meaning: ur IO has assessed the originals & is satisfied with it's genuineness. They sure have kept it's copies with them.

PAPER FILE SENT TO ZB         BF'D TO: EVR ON 08-03-2012   MICROLOCATOR
Ur file is currently held in Paper Screening section... after being microfilmed for posteriety. It's on abeyance currently, under the wait-queue.

PF1 : DOC PF2: NOTES PE3 MED : F14 SUM F15 FOSS F17 VALDATES F18 : PERS ONFO OF PF4
Those fields will have some codes later. BTW, it doesn't concern us.

Ur file was paper screened & "selected" for further processing during Aug-2010. As of now u r good with ur processing... No anomalies there!

BDEC will only occur (usually) at the end of processing. The rest codes having "0" indicates that no further action has yet been taken on ur file. Why? We'd not know. Probably it's due to yet being under the wait-queue, or the VO is over clogged.

Ps.: Being a 2009 case u have a 3-yr's wait-queue. Ur file would come out of it around last quarter of this yr. And then u'd move fast-tracked. I'd expect it to complete by this yr (2012) itself.

I wanted to ask about my application, actually I'm on FWS-2 already in Canada on work permit, I received AOR at 26-May-2011 and at June-2011 File transferred to Buffalo VO, I got RCMP request at 26 June-2011 which is done and sent at 29th-June electronically...
after that my ECAS showing RBVO, even I talked to MP, he checked and told my application is still on process of Background checks, I've Buffalo file number as well but don't know when these long and tiring BG checks will be finished?

Many of the applicant got their visa even they are landed, now I'm frustrated to see my ECAS status always RBVO... any suggestion when I can expect anything else further?

You are not bound to provide every information to every person. In case of a verification call, they don't take this type of silly technique. Stay cool.

I received Medicals and rprf information today from my consultant they were issued on may 11 and received today and he sent the scanned copies of originals. he will send originals via dhl. but in those letters they didnot ask PCC or photos.
They asked only medicals and rprf within 90 days.
 and quoted that "your appcation has been provisionally accepted and the interview has been waived. However, we reserve the right to call you for an interview at a later date, if upon further review, this becomes necessary."

So what does it mean? still they can call me for the interview? and fresh PCC's are not required or they can be asked at a later stage? becuase i received the caips on 24th of may only psdec 1 and others are 0. so can it delay the process or what? please advice

thank you for earlier reply. Can I pay RPRF through e-payment? I have made the RPRF payment through my credit card and have got confirmation reciept by CIC in my mail. Now i am sending this reciept along with my passport and medical.what do you think it is a right way??

Hi,

That's a std phrase they use with all applicants. Usually u'd not be facing an interview unless it's a security one. If they haven't asked for ur PCCs now, it's unlikely that they'd later.

I'm not aware of the current system however the last known process was to submit the RPRF thru a bank draft, online payment of it was not possible. But, as u've done it & got the confirmation too - it must be Ok.

I have crucial question.I got FSW PR visa last week.Now,As per my application i have declared my destion in canada was toronto,ON where as i want to land vancouver, BC. for some initial weeks at my relatives home.than i will go toronto.now as per my COPR copy my canadian destination shows toronto ON.My question is can I land at vancouver airport ?
