Hi all,

i have a doubt...

for few of my friends and forum mates, they got telephonic verification call ,employer verification before the status change to "in process"...means their status changed to "in process" after all these verification over phone...one of my friend got interview call on June 21st one week before.his tele phonic verification happened on october 2011..and in process from jan 2012.one of my other friend did'nt heard anything after that verification call (before the status change)....

in my case , the verification of my educational documents and and other requests initiated after showing "in process " status. i did nt get call till date...its almost 7 months of "in process"....this info i got in gcms note..before changing the status to in process they have done my eligibility review...education,work exp, ielts,POF etc.....after all these only they changed the status.

as per my knowledge, after shawn "in process",they will do only background checks only, exp etc..am i right???...why it is happening controversial?Huh

pls share ur thoughts....
rgds,

ann

Dear Qorax,

I am really impressed from how patiently you listen to the people and try to redress their anxiety. You are really not a commoner of this selfish world. Great! You deserve honour and appreciation no doubt.

Sir I am a post Feb.2008 applicant of FSW category of Canada from Pakistan. I went for Medical on 28th February, 2012. I paid RPRF too with medical. I need to ask if CHC london have received my medical certificates then why the same information is not updated on the Client Application Status page. It is still same of August 2008. They did not also update it when they sent me medical. I ask you how long have I to wait still?

Thank you so much for your promising message, however they still don't request PCC and RPRF

If I were u I'd send the RPRF asap w/out waiting for their call.

Hi,

U could be hearing from them anytime now. It takes around 3-5 months to receive the PPR from the meds submission. As of now everything is Ok. Pls await some more before u write to them again.

Good luck.

It's not fake. Could be an error though. In any case they'd open ur file on the next working day.

Dear Qorax,

I wanted to ask about my application, actually I'm on FWS-2 already in Canada on work permit, sent I received AOR at 26-May-2011 and at June File transferred to Buffalo VO, I got RCMP request at 26 June which is done and sent at 29th-June... after that my ECAS showing RBVO, even I talked to MP, he checked and told my application is still on process of Background checks, I've Buffalo file number as well but don't know when these long and tiring BG checks will be finished?

Many of the applicant got their visa even they are landed, now I'm frustrated to see my ECAS status always RBVO... any suggestion when I can expect anything else further?

How about GCMS?

Thanks you very much for your sincere advice.
