is this 3-5 months counted from the date they recived the medicals or the date when the ecase was updated with medicals recievd??? In my case, the medicals were delivered to them on 30 Jan but th ecase update was only on 19th april. If youc oudl clarify please, many thanks

Hi,
It seems that ur case is held-up due to Security Clearance/s. Yes, it'd be wise if u fetch ur CAIPS/GCMS notes, 'coz the reasons might be indicated there. BTW, those notes take 6-8 weeks to come; & by then ur case could move further as well. However, meanwhile I'd advise u to apply for the notes anyway.

Dear qorax we have applied in November 2011 and got second AOR on 28th feb and done medical on9th march now question is tht our ecas status is medical have been received and our RPRF encased on 19th April and it has been two month we have sent passport for visa, i am in tension bcz my two friend already got their visa and planning for landing so when we can expect our passport with visa stamp... plz give reply  |

Dear Sir,
I got PER last year in FSW2 since my stats RBVO .
i have ielts result
L 5.5
R 4.5
W5.0
S 5.5
This indicate I got 6 point in English ability with these point I have 75 points including Arrange Employment Points.
MY Question is that, CIC officer will consider my application for processing. Because some one told me it is very low score.But I think that my job responsibility are as operator in NOC B level, what is your idea plz guide me

Yes, that's a low score irrespective ur NOC. Things might be tough but not impossible. Pray! But, meanwhile also try to retake the IELTS & prepare well to have a better score. |

There is no prediction with ndvo working style. I guess it is fast if ur application is clear without any confusion and if they found something to b checked in detail it can b delayed. This is only my guess. |

However, after medical most of the cases get +ve result. |

Hi all & special atention to Mr.Qorax,
pls let me know what is ECU-FRP?
Summary of my history:
app filed:07.04.2011,1st AOR:10.05.2011,RBVO:26.06.2011,2nd AOr:18.08.2011,In process:15.11.2011
no medicals yet...i have ordered GCMS on April 16th,2012.got reply on 21.05.2012.
in that i understood that eligibility check & selection finished....this is passed...they gave me 72 points ..funds is ok....
They have sent my educational documents to my university for verification(sent on Nov 18th,2011..just 2 days after my "in process" status) and got reply back and updated in their file on march 2nd 2012 that documents are genuine..IELTS verified and its genuine..
But Security,Criminality & Medicals:Not Started for me and wife as on 15.11.2011..and after that nothing mentioned regarding these all..but in criminality the due date mentioned as 10.05.2012
NOTES
i got reply for my CSE on 23rd of march 2012 that "file is till under review and we shall get back with info as & when required"
And finally a note has been added on 20.03.2012 that "The doc is at LE3 ECU desk and same need to be attached"-what is this?
another note created on 02.03.2012 that pls ignore my below mentioned note(my education document genuity verification report),as we are yet awaiting a reply from one of the authorities
one more note aded in Nov 15th 2011 (my in process date)by an officer that "please issue medicals and PCC ,RPRF,PPT after all other requirements met"
pls tell me what is the status of my application....background & security yet to start or yet to get the report....?
