Dear Qorex
I m going to dispatch my passports in a day or so.I have applied through a consultant and at this sensitive stage of my process i want to deal my case directly so what is the requirment for this??
1-Should i send a covering letter with passports or i have to fill any form??
2-I want to give my home address and telephone number on my PPR form .Will it be enough to show VO that in future he will communicate with me directly???

Dear Qorex, You have given such nice posts in you background check explanation. But i have some questions... i have sent my Medical along with the RPRF to CHS-London on April 20th,2012. How much time will it take to complete the entire process, as i checked the e-case, it's still mentions that my app is " In Process" . Kindly advice me on this issue.

Dear Qorax,
My friend is in India(Delhi); he applied for PR from Toronto(Canada) in April 2010 via Buffalo VO.
Now his file is transferred to LA VO; and he got a medical request on 26th April 2012.
Question-> After medical when he gets PPR is it allowed to send Passports by Courier to LA VO for Visa stamping or not?
If not, what is alternative option as he will be continuing his job in India as of now.

Oh my God...I belive your visa office is London. Imagine you got your PER in September 2011 and they haven't started anything. what about us who got their PER in March 2012.

Dear Qorax and other senior members!
I need some suggestions. I applied under MI-3 in Noc 2121.
My application was received at CIO on 23rd Aug, 2011, Received PER on 16 Nov, 2011 and AOR from New Delhi Visa Office on 27 Dec, 2011.
After that, no instruction from VO till now. Upon my first CSE , they replied as "Our office will contact you shortly, you need to await contact" on Feb 28, 2012.
Again upon my second CSE, they replied as "Your application is awaiting review by visa officer" on 14th April, 2012.
People who applied later than me already got medicals and even some were granted visas as well.
Till now, no inquary from VO to my workplace or call to me. I should I don now ?
The only thing I updated to NDVO was , correction of my postal address , as they mentioned it incorrectly.
Can some one suggest me, what could be the reason for delay ?

PLEAS HELP
Received letter from VO with 30 days time period, I need heeeeeeeelp for the following.
Verification team visited to my employer the new appointed guy there could not handled them properly as I had already resigned on financial dispute with employer just three weeks before the team visited. Team got the bad impression and declared my experience/job letter unsatisfactory, which revealed to me through caips notes. Then immediately I sent them my new employer details which the VO has already been verified from my new employer 15 months ago on telephone and mentioned to my new employer that visa office will send him soon oath but sofar they did not.
Now they have given me opportunity to prove them about my previous experience letter is genuine in 30 days. I did try to contact my previous employer for assistance but company has been closed.
VO people from London has sent me letter saying that they have grounds to say that my employment letter is not genuine , but in letter they did not discuss about my new experience which they had already been verified 15 months ago.
They have also stated that I am misrepresenting my documents or materials. So the section 40(1) a is applicable as well as 40(2). OF IMMIGRATION AND REFUGEE PROTECTION ACT
Please keep it in mind that they have given me 30 days time to explain the above matter.
NOW please help, like which kind of documents will help to prove VO that my experience is genuine.

it most likely will pose a challenge but only at the point of your visa issuance. Most embassies and immigration now insist on machine readable passports. I suggest you apply for a passport renewal, you then attach teh old passport to the new passport at the point of PPR.
