Dear Qorax

Thanks for your quick reply .... I am so stressed out   Sad  and keep thinking about it 24/7 but keep my prayer on and keep dreaming  . Would you please tell me
1 .how long more I may have to wait for ppr ?
2. Is there any chance of refusal after medical and such a long waiting time  ?
3. does it help if I hire an immigration lawyer instead of my current immigration consultant ?

Thanks so much

Hi,

1. Can't predict. However, usually by 3-5 months of meds one should get their PPR, at max 7 months.
2. Again cannot be ascertained. However, it could "only" be due to med failure or security reasons.
3. No. It doesn't matter whether u r with an agent, lawyer or on ur own.

Hi Qorax

I checked with my doctor and I know that my med result is okay  . its almost 9 months since my medical , so do you think that there is something wrong with my  application? how serious it might be ?

Thanks

Sir
From your  email I can understand that ;

E-cas :- Received By Visa Office means that your all submittals to CHC are under verification , and when they are found okay then our e-cas turns to be In-Process , and afterwards we are in que to get Medicals?

Am I right

Please confirm my understanding

I had submitted my updated documents in march 2012 ( IMM0008+ Sch. A, PCC, Updated photos all family)
I had sent email just to confirm whther they have receved my doc or not. they had replied me following
Dear Sir/Madam,
Thank you sending your documents. We are currently in the process of conducting background/ security checks for this application. This is a lengthy process that can take several months. We will be in contact when there have been further developments with the processing of the file.

Regards
IMS

I was not asked travel history ( I had travelled many countries only for 4-20 days only, creational purpose only). I had many members from this discussion forum, majority of senior members advices me to send travel history.I had done same.
I think that is main reason for delay of my application.they have mentioned it may take several months.that was a big mistake. Any member can predict how much time it may take for security check aproximately? and what should I do? should I order CAIPS notes at this stage.

I have 17 visits in about in about 8-9 countries

how much time it will take to complete my back ground security check?(aproximately)

Doc Sac.

Once you submitted an IELTS result to visa office and they receive within valid date, its valid for life time. If you send IELTS earlier with your documents, you need not to send it again. Stay cool!! Smiley Smiley
