sir qorax good day,i have a question for you our medical will expired this coming march 2012 is it possible to retract our POF in thid stage?FYI embassy email us to finish my son's furthernace meds this coming april and will forward his lates xray ,they said that my sons is the reason why they cannot come up with the final decision on our application.Thank you so much.God Bless

Hi highness,
do you have any idea about marriage questionnaire form. i just want to ask if who will fill in ME OR MY WIFE? according to medical request letter "complete marriage questionnaire for yourself this must be received by xxx date"
according to the form " to be completed by person living outside Canada and being sponsored as spouse common-law partner or conjugal partners.
I AM THE MAIN APPLICANT AND BOTH THESE INFORMATION ARE CONTRADICTING EACH OTHER?

So if we visit any organisation for newcomers, is it ok to tell them that we are more than willing to take any survival job at first? Can they also guide in making our resume for survival job?

Hello! When do VO normally requests for the Police Certificate from abroad? At what stage of the process? Is it possible to have it requested prior to Medical Request which is background check, or it comes along with the MR?

Background checks are still going on my file, My FTH is nil. My medicals were expired on 23-11-2011, still waiting for re-medicals.
I have already ordered CAIPS notes.
What should I do?

Ur IO might not even know that u have retrieved ur CAIPS/GCMS notes. It's processed by a different office. |

I have sent updated documents on 17 march
They had never asked me about travel histroy ...I have sent voluntarily...
I had 17 visits in different countries.... all were just for recreation ( tourism)
I have visted UK, Thailand , France, Thailand, singapore, UAE, Malaysia, Saudia Arabia, Uzbekstan ( Tashkent), etc
(for 3-15 days max)
I had mentioned that
I just want to ask ....my travel history could delay my MR or further processing
OR it is good and it will not have any effect on further processing?

I have received communication from the Canadian Consulate after nearly 3 years of my application regarding the results of the background verification. They have mentioned that the phone numbers in the reference letter are not valid and the website is not functional. They are in doubt about my employment with the company. They have given me 30 days to reply, failing which they would take a decision based on the information on my file.
I had worked in this company about 10 years back. I got in touch with my co-workers from then and, they informed me that the company closed shop in 2007 or 2008. Naturally, the background verification has failed due to no fault of mine. Unfortunately, I did not retain any documents from my employment other than the experience letter, as I moved to the States for Graduate studies and my folks cleaned out my room after I left. Who would have thought 10 years down the line, I might need them!
I am going to explain to the consulate the situation. But, I am sure that my explanation might not be enough to convince them. Any suggestions or thoughts on my situation would be greatly appreciated. I have about 15 days left to answer their queries.
