Dear Qorax,

I applied for the FSW in June 2010 and send all document in Jan 2011. right now my file is in PROCESS WITH PROCESSING DATE.

My question is that. Generally we need to attach reference letter of emploter - ORIGINAL but (i didn't know/mistake) I send the Notaries
true copy of the reference letter.

is that ok.Huh? if not than do you want me to send right now ORIGINAL copy or send when NDVO request?Huh

please waiting for your kind reply.

I think you should send the original one now. Write in a cover letter describing the facts. Don't forget to put your detail like file number, passport number, DOB, Full name etc.

Dear qorax,

I've been posting my query on other threads and got few reasonable replies, but still I am not fully satisfied. However, your opinion would be the final stamp on my confusion. Here is my query:

Two days back i.e., 06-03-2012, I received MR, RPRF and updated dox request from CHC London. I am already over the moon making up to this stage. The problem is, I have few educational updates since I sent my full dox to CHC. These are not academic updates but few Industry Standard Certifications (Globally Accepted) related to my profession and just recently, I got promotion+increment on my job due to these certifications. Plus, I have an extremely good job offer in another company. I seek your reply for:

1- Since I have received MR & RPRF request, I can assume all b/ground checks (job & educational verifications etc.) are done at this stage. So, do you think its viable to send these educational/job promotional updates at this stage?. Is this move going to put an extra delay on my case?.
2- What if I switch job at this stage? Do I have to update them about this as well upon joining new employer and what would be the impact on my case.
3- As per latest CIC news, canadian employers will soon have access to few of CIC online resources to directly pick candidates for their companies, based on their qualifications/experience. Keeping this in mind, I would definitely want to make them count my new educational updates too. Plz comment on this as well.

Thanks in advance.

Dear qorax or anyone plz answer my above queries. Time is slipping away and I am still confused.

Thanks.

Thanks.

1. It is not required [at this stage], but u may, if u want to.
2. No issues. Also u may or may not intimate ur IO about it.
3. It's a speculation as yet.

Though it wouldn't effect anything... makes no diff in ur b/ground & security checks... and the errors would be cleared once ur file is nearing the final review - yet u may inform ur IO reg. that. At least this could rekindle ur processing.

Hi Qorax
I have a question for you.... I received a request from CHC to send my updated forms along with RPRF. By filling these forms I came to know that my family passports will be expired in July 2012. So Should I get new passports and mention their expiry date in forms or use current passport information for required forms submission?
In my opinion, since passport numbers will remain same (only expiry date will change) and no such obligation was mentioned in letter or forms (passport validity period) I can proceed with current passports and attach a covering letter mentioning that passports will be renewed within expiry date. What is your opinion....Huh

The passport numbers will not be same, in Pakistan once you renew the expired passport you get a New Passport number, please do not confuse CNIC number with the passport number.
