"We are writing with regards to your application for permanent residence in Canada.

- Generic Application Form for Canada [IMM 0008] for the principal applicant

- Schedule A - Background/Declaration [IMM 5669] for the principal applicant and each family member over the age of 18

- Schedule 6 - Business Immigrants - Investors [IMM 0008 SCHEDULE 6] for the principal applicant

- Additional Family Information [IMM 5406] for the principal applicant and each family member over the age of 18.

- Original Police Certificates for the principal applicant and each family member over the age of 18, from each country lived in for 6 months or more since Jan. 2010 . Please refer to our website for full instructions on obtaining Police Certificates.

- 2 x Passport-sized photos for each family member in order that we may issue medical instruction forms to the address above (please advise us if we should mail to a different address).

- Use of a Representative [IMM 5476], if applicable."

I sent above documents today. Please let me know that what is the next stage and how long will takes time? (Our Application is Federal Investor Class and the medicals has been expired on August 2011)

FIC is currently one of the slowest moving categories. With those requirements u r pretty close though... just give a couple of more weeks/month to get your reMeds.

yesterday i got reply from vo "file inprocess or waiting to be reviewed by imm officer" and in october30 i got reply " file is under review by imm officer" whn i shod expect MR . i am 2007 appl and addln doc sent in july and reciev by vo in aug 04

DD or BD is OK with a validity of 6 months.
Avoid CC you never know waht happens at the time of charging...

i received email from visa office that " We have received the documents, and your file is in the que for final review with the officer". Plz after that how much time will be required to receive the passport request. Your earlier reply will be appreciated. Thanks

I got reply from ndvo around 2 months back that my final review is pending.
Anyone knows what it means?

Are my background checks over?

My caips shows BDEC blank but SEC CRIM is 1

What it means?

u never know what happens at the time of charging unless your bank provides rapid messaging service for every transaction on ur card, so cc may be a good option too Wink

CIC received my application on January 05, 2012. Do they send any acknowledgement e-mail of application received? if yes how many days it will take? if they do not send any acknowledgement e-mail does it mean my application not received or anythings else?
