Thanx for the reply. I've earned only 67 with that IELTS score and my NOC 4131 is no longer with 29 list, but was in 38 list. I applied before the new list.
5-6 months from when, is it from today? or from the 2nd AOR?
Thanx.
Good luck for all.

From 2nd AOR.

Dear Qorax,

Still our file status shows “received by visa office”. Would you kindly advice what should we do now?
We wanted to apply for CAIPS but our consultant & others suggested not apply before “in process”.

Please give your best suggestion to me in this situation.

Didn't u receive the 2nd AOR from CHC-Sing already? If yes, give it about 5-6 months from it to get some action. If that has already passed - obtain your CAIPS notes &/or send an email enquiry to your VO asap.

this thread gave me hope. Smiley

guys i have a question. i was worried that embassy might question the authenticity of my marriage since we got married last october 2009 and applied for visa the next month, november 2009. but with Gods mercy, last August 2010, they have requested our medical exam. QUESTION: does it mean that all our documents, have already PASSED their background checking? and that nothing unexplainable  was found? shall we now expect for the next step which is the submitting of passport?

thank you in advance guys

Yes, u have passed that stage & your PPR is next. However, that unexplainable gong may sound anytime till u land (or sometimes after too), but very unlikely.

That b/g check is about security clearance, which occurs after Meds. Yes, it'd take around 2-3 months, usually.

When u get the PPR u can send the pps from anywhere & with a return address of anywhere (check the CHC-Isl pp return procedure), however how will u send the pps to London from Pakistan?

Dear Munnimehek

If you have submitted your supporting documents to CHC-Singapore in February 2010, you should have heard from them by now or at least expect to hear from them anytime soon. Many applicants who sent their documents to CHC-Singapore in February received their medical requests, PPR, Visas. I only wonder why yours is taking little longer! But please do not worry about this: you are not alone in this 'wait-wait-wait' game.

I sincerely hope that next communication from them is a medical request Smiley and this comes sooner than later!!
