Hey Captain qorax,
i have a query my application for NOC 0631 was received by CIO on 03/10/2011...it was a complete application package...can you please advise if did make it within the cap and secondly....when would i get a response from them as per your calculation.

we have submitted passports for visa issuance...
How much time does it take in visa issuance we are 5 applicants in Parents grand parents category???
Does passport request is a guarantee of visa for all applicants???
(Islamabad embassy)

My medicals, with PP & RPRF was submitted to CHC N/Delhi - during July and it's over 120 days. Could you pl: up date me with some info: on the time frame to issue the visa, after submission of requested doc:

It should [usually] take 3-5 months to receive the COPR after composite meds stage [CHC-ND]. U could be hearing from them anytime now. There could be a delay though due to the yr-end syndrome. Qorax |

If till 3-4 days of apps receipt [ @ CIO] the cap wasn't announced -- u could safely assume to be 'IN'. Qorax |

I like to seek your input on my case. I filled under skilled immigration in Sep'04 at CHC ISB. In Jun'09, I got provisional acceptance letter and first medical conducted in Jan'10. Nothing happened then for year presumably due to shifting of files fm ISB to LON, but my file remained with ISB. In Feb'11 I got request to re-submit updated forms & also asked for re-medical which was done in Mar'11...... since then again no progress........ what could be reason for delay?

if it is in the last 10 yrs.
It should be at least one year CONTINOUS experience and paid (full time or partime equivalent). |
