hello qorax, paris and all other respectful members
please tell me
we have submitted passports for visa issuance...
How much time does it take in visa issuance we are 5 applicants in Parents grand parents category???
Does passport request is a guarantee of visa for all applicants???
(Islamabad embassy)
please tell...

No guarantees... but quite plausible.

kg

Bring Forward Date.
Everytime the VO works on your file s/he places another BF'D.

It should [usually] take 3-5 months to receive the COPR after composite meds stage [CHC-ND]. U could be hearing from them anytime now. There could be a delay though due to the yr-end syndrome.

If till 3-4 days of apps receipt [ @ CIO] the cap wasn't announced -- u could safely assume to be 'IN'.

Dear Qorax,

I like to seek your input on my case. I filled under skilled immigration in Sep'04 at CHC ISB. In Jun'09, I got provisional acceptance letter and first medical conducted in Jan'10. Nothing happened then for year presumably due to shifting of files fm ISB to LON, but my file remained with ISB. In Feb'11 I got request to re-submit updated forms & also asked for re-medical which was done in Mar'11...... since then again no progress........ what could be reason for delay?

Security Checks.
That region is known for these delays. Relax, eventually u'd sail thru successfully.

It should be at least one year CONTINOUS experience and paid (full time or partime equivalent).
