Thanks dear for your prompt reply; Any comment regarding the set of rules & queu? specially with respect of security and background check? Thanks, Your category sure follows a different timeframe. It has another set of rules & queue... yes, u could expect something in 6 odd months.

It shouldn't be a cause of refusal. At worst the VO would seek further explanation/s from u.
Dear Qorax,is there any significance of disappearance of address from ecas as many of us experiencing it esp people with RBVO ecas prejune applicants |

Many thans for your reply. My question is that it is almost 4 months since this development, still I am not contacted for document update, what do you think before going into verifications don't they need updated documents and if so why I haven't received as yet or how early I can receive this?

I am asked to submit updated background declaration . Is it the reason that I requested the visa office to change an answer to the question no. 9 on schedule -1 and did not signed the last page of the form? The visa office also requested an updated net worth statement. is it the reaosn that the visa office require it as the amonut of the amount of the fund for three (including the new born) changes to an increased amount according to statistics canada? for your information ,we are sent the request with MR for the baby and we did our medical in 2010 and when we sent the personal net worth statement sufficient for the three members .

hi all enquiry for my friend he applied on sep 2009, in arranged employment(working in canada),, los angeles vo ,, he got decision made on oct 2010 and rejected,, because forget to send the renewed work permit,, even visa office has to be requested for doc request,, then his lawyer send the proper explanation and after that they reopened the file .he got medicals in dec 2010,he got married and he done medicals for his wife too and add her to his file, now after that he was waiting till now,, he was about to order caips notes,, now he got an email from his consultant, after 7 months I just was informed by NHQ Ottawa that your medical results have now been forwarded to the visa post. Do you still want me to do the Access of Information for your CAIPS Notes? suggestions please ,,is it take too long for medicals?  ?? thank you |

My Case History:
Applied thru ***** in Feb 2009
NOC 4131
Got Rejected in Sep 2009
CHC ND Reason:"Docs provided did not substantiate your experience
***** Reason: Exp not under NOC category provided (then why did CIC approve application in the 1st place? / Why did ***** take up my case at all if I do not qualify? Qs unanswered)
Real Reason: ***** did a major goof up in sending my docs...did not send my exp certificate)
I STILL HAD FAITH
Wrote to CHC ND explaining everything and pleaded to reconsider
CHC ND did not comply
I STILL HAD FAITH
Reapplied in Jan 2010
1st AOR: March 2010
Sent Full Docs to CHC ND in April 2010
2nd AOR: 27th Apr 2010
In Process with RBVO details since 15th Feb 2011
Finally got IN PROCESS with date in May
Chckd ECAS this Tuesday...shows Interview Scheduled in Aug, 2011
Haven't rcvd email confirmation or any letter from CHC ND till today.....
Am nt scared...am not nervous....am just anxious to give the interview my best shot....
and guess what.... I still have Faith!
What kind of qs do they ask in the interview?
What docs do I need to carry?
Do I have to go to ND with my hubby and kid? Coz they are also a part of my application...
Need your expert advice Plssssss......

is the background check before or after the medical ?
I got medcial request.
I am international student and I worked without work permit just using my social insaurance number is that gonna show up in my backgound check or no ?
I have in the cic website:
MEDICAL HAVE BEEN RECIEVED
DECISION MADE THE OFFICE WILL CONTACT U ABOUT .......
