1. U did a wise job by sending an explanation letter for being unable to fetch the Nigerian PCC in time.
2. It would be accepted, but the file would be kept in abeyance for 'want' of that PCC.
3. There's no risk of refusal under this scenario. At worst u could expect undue delays &/or they'd ask u again.
4. If after a considerable time & efforts u yet r unable to get it -- send a 'waiver letter'.

Yes, it has.
1. Keep all the correspondences with the Nigerian authorities.
2. Keep a copy of the finger-prints taken [if u don't have it - obtain it - pay something for it].
3. Keep the 'receipt' of the fees paid to the Nigerian Auth.
4. Keep a record of the official's names - those u have interacted with/spoken to.
5. Send a RL from your present country of resid.
6. Keep its 'receipt' copy.
7. Write a 'suave' [plea] request letter to your VO.
8. Attach all those proofs [as mentioned before] to this letter.

yep true , but there are polices for different provinces , like for example in ON it takes more then five years where as in Saskatchewan it takes two to three years max.

so province doesn't make any difference , but some body told me that if you are living in sasktwon for year you can call your parents or your brother /sister or first cousion

Yes, the SINP Family sponsorship scheme is different. It's also cheaper & easier than the FC stream. If u reside there - u can.

To be eligible for Saskatchewan Immigration Family Class, individuals that will be sponsoring the family member to Saskatchewan must meet the following criteria to qualify:

- Have a full time permanent job offer from a Saskatchewan employer

hi , i am a pre June applicant noc industrial electrician. applied cio at first week June  2010. 1 st AOR October 2010. 2nd AOR first week of January 2011.

Ecas status RBVO. it states regarding the applied date to CIO and date of the first AOR by CIO. i got the 2nd AOR from SVo after submitting the full docs in November 2010 , but 2nd aor date is not mentioned in the ecas. why Singapore did not mentioned the 2nd aor date , ( does it mean they issued the letter and did not upgrade the status ?) ( can this be ! it is in process and they did not upgrade it ?)

WHEN I WILL GET THE MR?

i am keeping the money in the bank without any investment for last 8 months or more , now the question is how long i will keep it without any investment like FDR.

now the question is if i take the money out and put it in a fdr , what will happen , does it make any impact on my immigration processing ?

1. U can expect your meds in another couple of months [if u r yet in the 29 list].
2. There's no harm in investing the funds in another fin-product.
3. Investing elsewhere doesn't affect your PR processing... but maintain the funds wherever it is.

What if the NOC is/isn't in the current 29? Could you please discuss the both [if the NOC is in new list and if not]?
