Hi Qorax...

I have a question related to the second part of security/background check:

I'm a Saudi citizen...and wondering if my government would know about my immigration application when CIC starts checking on my background....... would they contact the Saudi govt. in ordert to make sure I'm a safe person with clean history?

They may or may not touch some agencies -- depends on what kind of job u r doing in KSA & your travel history.

Hi good day to you Mr Qorax, I just submitted my final docs the other day. There's something bugging me about my POF, you see my statement indicates that I just opened my bank account containing majority of the POF only last Dec 16, 2010 would this create an impression that we just put all these money just to fulfill the requirements? Would they ask us where we got this huge amount of money in an instant? Your reply will be greatly appreciated.

dear qorax,,
i have applied trough a lawyer due to busy life. any way,,
I've received 2nd AOR and letter stating IN PROCESS  in 4th September 2010. but since that i haven't got anything and even i can not log in to "e-cas". once you've told me to wait 3,4 months and now nearly 5 months gone.
mate, i am really stressed.

what should i do...wait ,wait,wait? ? ?

i have sent an email requesting correct E-cas logging details in December 20th.and they sent me back following email instead of logging details.
why they are not sending me the logging details?

That is bound to raise some red-flags. Whether or not they'd question u, cannot be foreseen. But remember, sudden windfalls aren't accepted.

1. Yes, that could be prob.
2. Usually CIC cuts-off the surname to the last one -- your 5th one it should be.
3. FF, NS, IE, Safari -- anyone should be Ok... it doesn't make a diff.

Send the same query (as u mentioned here) to your VO using the CIC 'webform' this time.

Dear Qorax,

Thanks for the info.

Medials of myself and my spouse submitted to CHC London on 8th Oct 2010 (by doctor - courier),
RPRF etc submitted on 12th Oct 2010 (by myself - courier),
and my child's medicals submitted on 21st Oct, 2010  (by doctor - courier),

All courier trackers are confirming the submissions at CHC, London.

I am working in a middle east state and stay as family. Before, my spouse worked in another middle east state also.

Till date there is no PPR. And e-cas is still "in process" no update like 'med. recvd'.
I am very tensed. Its more than 3 months from the last submission now.

I appreciate your valuable advise.

Hi Canhope,

Nowadays CHC is not updating "MEDICALS RECVD".
In my case, my medicals were received by CHC on 10th of September10, and just few days before only i received PPR but still the ECASE is showing "IN PROCESS".  So no need to worry at all.

So just keep your figures cross, hopefully by the mid of next month your PPR will be there on your way.

Cheers..

Hi qorax
i've got an email reply in response to my query from singapore "we face a problem to encash your bank draft sent for your new born. We r processing to refund the draft. You may send another bank draft". Should i send the new bank draft only mentioning file number or any document or explanation letter?
Thanks

From 03/12/2010 give it 4-6 months for the Meds.
