U've a 2-yrs wait queue. Ur file'd recommence processing around 3rd qtr of this yr. There'd be no point contacting ur MP.

Sorry its 12th October 2011, i am under Economic class and queue period when applied in Buffalo from Canada is 15 months (on average) so my application is already 3 months late based on average time specified. Plus i see one Assignment section on my GCMS with the due date of 1st March 2012. Folks on forums says this the best date of finalizing the application, is it correct?

when i enquired 2 times over cse,they replied that under review and awaiting review by VO.

in gcms note,eligibility all passed.security,criminality not started...they completed verification of my educational documents and updated status on 02.03.2012.

they have initiated one enquiry on 17.02.2012..that result not updated in gcms..

Ur case had a 1-yr wait queue. It has come out of it around May/June-12, which is why that address thing happened... it only suggests that they were 'working' on ur file. In another few-odd months u should be getting ur meds.

I received my CIAPS note on 08.June 2012 but file BFdate is still 14.03.2012 and there is no other BF date after this date.

What is story Qorax. Please advise me in which stage I am.

till now nothing... I asked them three times by emails, and each time they answer "waiting for Background Check"

do you think it really take that long? what do you advise?

Mandatory Wait Queue/s

-2008 Apps filed: 4-yrs. wait queue.
-2009 Apps filed: 3-yrs. wait queue.
-2010 Apps filed: 2-yrs. wait queue.
-2011 Apps filed: 1-yr. wait queue.

For all practical purposes this (2012) is the deciding yr. for most applicants!

Ur file was in 'waiting area' for 3-yrs. Most probably has come out of it now, recently, and it's processing has recommenced. Ur CAIPS/GCMS notes were retrieved sometime back -- if it was now, u'd've found a new BFD. Another few months - and u could see ur meds.

shall i ask three more doubt..sorry to disturb you.....asked in one strecth that i got ur valuable service & guidance after long while.

if my file has came out of one year queue on May'12,how the verification of my educational documents happened on Novemebr'11-march'12 period and updated staus on march 2nd'12.and they initiated one more enquiry on feb '12 also.

1)all the verifications(edu,ielts,work and all) supposed to start after may'12 only?am i right?

2)is there any chance to do the background /sec/criminality checks in my case before issue medicals because of foreign travel history(i am having same for 8 months) ?is this is the delay?

my wife had abhudabi travel history of 3 months,which i forgot to update in her travel history while subitted application(bec of pcc not mandadatory in that case).currently she works in KSA and i have attached all details for the same(pcc,travel history all).

3)is it will harm thhe smoothness for our application?in gcms note they mentioned that Complaint PENDING:-ppt X 3-MEDS X 3-CRIM-RPRF X 2-PCC FOR SPOUSE FROM UAE FILE PA'ED

What happens if a single applicant gets married after MR.........Can he/she include spouse in his/her appln before visa issuance?
