hello qorax, this may be a bit out of topic but couldn't find an existing thread relevant.
anyway, first the good news. My passports with the maple leaf is on the way! Thanks be to God!
my question, aside from the passports with visa and the COPR, what else should I expect to receive from the embassy? What other documents will they be sending? How about the documents we submitted to them?

HI
AFTER BACKGROUND CHECKS, I WAS ASKED TO SUBMIT ALL FAMILY PASSPORTS. I ASKED MY SON , WHO IS IN CANADA STUDYING IN UNIV. TO SEND HIS P PORT. AFTER I RECEIVED HIS P PORT IN SAUDI ARABIA, I SUBMITTED ALL P PORTS AS A SINGLE PACKAGE.
THE PROBLEM IS THAT WHEN I RECEIVE ALL THE P PORTS BACK WITH VISA, WE HAVE TO TRAVEL TO CANADA FOR LANDING BUT WHAT ABOUT MY SON WHO IS IN CANADA BUT WE WILL BE CARRYING HIS PASSPORT. HOW WILL HE GET HIS PR CARD
PLEASE HELP ME IN THIS REGARD

Dear Qorax and all Seniors :
my address has disappear since the status change to decision made in 26-1-2012 .
and I sent my passport to LVO on 28-1-2012.
today my address in e-case appear but instead of dubai uae they putied :
your home address :.
Toronto/Ontario -canada
so what that mean ??
what shall I do for that now our passports are there and they can send back to us with unknown address! shall I change it or I have to wait till pp back ?
Please help me

sorry i am not a bakestani but i am following LVO
i applied 11 /2009 and inprocess since 9/2010
till now no medical request and when i sent an enquiry 5 months ago they replied
Background checks are outstanding and may take several months to complete.
would you plz advice me what should i do ?
if i asked for caips do i will find the details of delay ?
from your experience do you see that there may be problem !!!!!

Hi Qorax,
I am confused after reading this post.
I did medical test on June 2010 in Germany. After 42 days i got a letter from London office mentioning your wife needs to do re-medical test; mentioning TB. My wife did re-medical test on 29th September 2010. As doctor said nothing wrong with her, even she did not have any kind of TB before as well. I did not get any reply from Berlin office till end of December 2011. I wrote an email on middle of Jan. 2012 and got reply from Berlin embassy mentioning that, London office got additional information on this case on 14th December 2010 and currently with doctors for assessment.
Now my questions are,
1. I check online e-card, and it still mentioning “In Process” did not change like medical got or something else ( till Feb. 15 2012), I do not know it is similar case as you mention the security and Criminality Checks?
Background & Security Checks
Note: Our Background Check comprises of 2 parts:
1. The Standard Documentation Checks,
2. The Security & Criminality Checks.
2. Why this process is so long I mean re-medical test result....? How long should I wait for PPR...? (Your view?)
3. Should I write to Berlin embassy for further information or wait for some time....?

Hey, You and me are in same condition.Mine E-cas was changed to D M and mine home address in E-cas is changed to intended city of canada.What does this mean Hope u have got answer of this kind of problem cause u have faced it earlier than me is this positive decision dear . please do share your information.

Dear Qorax, I applied for the FSW in June 2010 and send all document in Jan 2011. right now my file is in PROCESS WITH PROCESSING DATE. My question is that. Generally we need to attach reference letter of emploter - ORIGINAL but (i didn't know/mistake) I send the Notaries true copy of the reference letter. is that ok.  ? if not than do you want me to send right now ORIGINAL copy or send when NDVO request? please waiting for your kind reply. |
